PEOPLE WITH THE BLIZZARD WARNING: Do you think we will lose power?
It's so windy at my house that my mom is making me charge my phone because its HORRIBLE! I'm charging up my laptop right now. So, I can at least be a little entertained tomorrow if we lose power. I'm a little freaked we will. I'm scared of the dark. aha. And knowing that I cannot get light when the power goes out scares me to death...

AC fan will work with DC or not? What type of fan should i use?
I am building exhaust for my dog house.
i bought 2 solar panels of 10watt each. the spec is as follow.
Cell Type: monocrystalline
Maximum Power(Pm): 10w
Power Tolerance: 5%
Maximum Power Voltage(Vpm): 17.6V
Maximum Power current(IPM): 0.57A
Open Cirucuit Voltage(Voc) 22.32V
Shot Circuit Voltage(lsc) 0.63A
by connecting it paralelly i should get 20w right?
so, when choosing the spec of the fan, should i use the 17v~22v?
its difficult to find by the way. if i use the 12v one will it get damage, since the max voltage could go up to 22v ??
or can i just use the 110v fan?? will it spin with DC??

will a motor with the spec of 5 Amps run if you supply only 1 Amp?
i bought an auxiliary fan (12v, and god knows the amperage).... and i want to connect this to solar power of 20watt. will it even move you think? here the spec of the panels i have. i am going to connect paralel so, will got approximately 1amp.

short circuit current (isc) 3.2A
maximum power voltage(vmp) 17.6v

tolerance plus or minus 5%
the panel does have + or - wiring, i want to know how can i use this solar panel to charg my electronic devices out in the sun, i dont need a battery to hold the power. basically i need to convert this current to 5v to charger my 3.7v batteries in my electronic devices. Thank you
